Madrid's Luzinterruptus Hits NYC
Luzinterruptus's latest street art installation entitled Literature Versus Traffic was found on Water St, under the Brooklyn Bridge. Luzinterruptus is famous for his light-based street propaganda that is widely seen in Spain, but is rarely if ever seen in the states. Here is 800 books, spread down Water St, each lit with it's own light. The message here is somewhat unknown but I am assuming he is glorifying the power of literature.. and that we must not forget it.
